Regarding Hatha Yoga with Sangeeta

Yoga has taught me many things- introspection, patience, diligence and control amongst them. Sangeeta’s classes taught me to trust in myself, have faith in my body’s ability to grow and change at the rate which was right for me, and be inward rather than competitive.  She kept my focus on the breath, which is the basis of yoga and life itself, and her soft voice urging me to inhale and exhale correctly will always stay with me as part of my practice.
